The Sarann Koh Samui, Suites & Villas - Chaweng (Koh Samui)

Very far from any convenience store!!! The beach is dirty and unsuitable for swimming!!! The gym needs serious repairs, disappointing for fitness enthusiasts!!! More dining options for vegetarians would be greatly appreciated!!!

The pool over looking the sea And private jacuzzi was excellent!

It was a bit far from the main chaweng beach area. No view from inner rooms

The staff was really nice and friendly. The room was comfortable, especially the size of the room was great, around 50m2... The food in the restaurant was pretty delicious...

The beach was narrow with some rocks in front of the hotel.. The worst was the dirty water which flows through the beach into the ocean (just near the steps of the hotel) in the room, the air contition was very noisy and from the rooms at the back row (which are next to street) street noise can cause difficulty while sleeping.

Best hotel I've ever stayed in. Everything was so great. We had flowers in our rooms everywhere when we arrived. A little bit outside Chaweng, but there was a complimentary Shuttlebus. Staff was extremely friendly.

Thoroughly enjoyed nice and unbeatable location, right by taxis going back and forth as too far to walk in the heat as well as ' Bangrak' Pier. Villa I stayed at was well-equipped and neat with jacuzzi😀❤

Hotel must improve cleanliness to access the beach from the hotel staircases. Shower to be masde available.

We appreciate the great value for money, along with the fine beachfront location, which perfect for sunbathing and swimming. The rooms were comfortable and included ample amenities for relaxation.

Noise from the nearby road can occasionally be disruptive, impacting rest.

Big room, nice bathroom, staff tryed all the time.

In the room are very strange noises during the night, also a lot of noise from the street. The pool is very small, the beach is not for swimming because of the rocks. The hotel is quite old.

The bedroom was very nicely decorated and jacuzzi was great to relax in after getting sunburnt. Reception staff very polite. Great for anyone seeking the quieter part of samui, if not then hire a car.

The outer doors to the jacuzzi did not lock. Drinks and restaurant too expensive

The sea front villa had fine ocean views and a private pool that was perfect for sunset chills. The staff were amazing, treating us like family.

The hotel staff are really nice to us and help us with tours and give us clear information. They are friendly and nice, I had a comfortable stay and my friends are really happy about The Sarann.

The Sarann is located at the end of the beach so the town is about 10 mins drive which cost 250 baht for taxi one way.

Absolutely perfect and magnificent location, 0 minutes walk from Chaweng Noi Beach beach.

Blimey, the view from our Sea Front Villa with Private Pool was proper lush! Wakin' up to that was a dream. Food was bang on too, can’t fault it. Only downside was the shower flippin' well couldn’t decide on a temperature, but we had a grand time overall!

great service but needs a gym upgrade

The level of service exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed the fine garden view every morning while sipping coffee on my villa's private terrace. The sea front villa had a spacious layout, awesome for a perfect retreat with very nice ocean views right outside my door.

The gym equipment requires attention. It felt outdated compared to the rest of the facilities.
